FAQ

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK? After purchasing the desired plan, you will receive an invite link to access the app via email. You must complete the questionnaire within 3 days of purchase and enter all your personal information (photos, weight, requirements, etc.). Once the questionnaire is complete, all you need to do is activate the app notifications and wait for your plan to be uploaded (3-5 business days).

WHY THE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS? DO I HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG? The waiting time of 3-5 business days is simply because you are purchasing a personalised program tailored to your goals and needs, not a generic one.

IF I HAVE PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS, DIAGNOSED CONDITIONS, OR DISORDERS, CAN I STILL PURCHASE? For physical limitations due to injuries and more (e.g., hernias, protrusions, etc.), if you have medical clearance, you can safely purchase the program. The important thing is to specify and accurately answer the specific question in the questionnaire after purchase. For conditions such as diabetes, thyroid problems, endometriosis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc., you can purchase the coaching service. For eating disorders, since these are complex issues that often require psychological support from a specialist, it is not within my expertise. Therefore, if you do have a bad relationship with food, I recommend seeking help from a specialist in person.

I WORK OUT AT HOME, CAN I PURCHASE THE PROGRAM? Yes, after purchasing you will need to specify in the questionnaire whether you will be working out at home or in a gym, and list all the equipment you have available.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? Payment is made directly through Stripe, and you can pay with all credit cards or via PayPal. The payment method will be charged upon renewal unless cancelled. Cancellation is free at any time.

IF THERE ARE NO PROGRAMS AVAILABLE, HOW CAN I PURCHASE? Registrations open and close periodically to respect delivery times. If the program is not available when you want to purchase, you can email me and you will be added to the waiting list.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE DIRECT CONTACT OR A VIDEO CALL BEFORE PURCHASE? You can book a call here if you are unsure which program to choose or send me an email at info@powerprogression.com

WHERE WILL I SEE MY PROGRAM ONCE DELIVERED? You will find it in the program section of the app.

WHAT TO DO AFTER PURCHASING? You will need to check your email for the app invite link. After clicking the link, you will need to create an account, log in, and complete the questionnaire. After that, you only have to wait for 3-5 business days to get your plan. NOTE: Ensure you register with the correct email, as with the wrong email, you will not receive the access link to the app.

CAN I PURCHASE AND COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE AT A LATER TIME? If you intend to purchase and start at a later time that exceeds the recommended 3 days for submission, I suggest you purchase the plan when you are 100% ready to start.
